  7. The Delinquent Loan Collection System (DLCS) provides for the collection of
  8. delinquent installment, mortgage, commercial, overdraft, credit card and
  9. student loans in commercial banks, savings banks, savings and loans, and
  10. credit unions.  DLCS includes provisions for bankrupt, foreclosed and
  11. charge-off loans.  The system stands alone and works with either proprietary
  12. or in-house developed banking systems.  The system is updated (refreshed)
  13. daily from the primary loan accounting systems updating time critical
  14. information.  A full set of off-line reporting is provided.  DLCS
  15. automatically queues accounts for each collector in lender selected priority.

  17. DLCS provides an unlimited amount of collection activity history for each
  18. delinquent account.  Each entry includes the date, time of day, and collector
  19. code and optionally provides for the entry of a user defined collection code
  20. letter request.  Preparation of optional letters requires the purchase and use
  21. of the RGS Software Correspondence Management System (CMS).
